Terms of Service
2.1 Scope of Services
SiteVisionStudio provides bespoke UI/UX design, web development, and digital strategy services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual project agreements or proposals.
2.2 Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- A 50% deposit is required before work commences on any project
- Remaining 50% is due upon delivery and acceptance of final deliverables
- Payments are processed through our secure Stripe payment link
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance
- Late payments may incur a 2% monthly administrative fee
2.3 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the deliverables are transferred to the client. SiteVisionStudio retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.4 Project Revisions
Each project tier includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in the service agreement. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees at a rate of €75/hour.
2.5 Limitation of Liability
SiteVisionStudio's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
2.6 Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination, calculated proportionally based on project milestones.
Refund & Reimbursement Policy
4.1 Full Refund
A full refund of the deposit is available if requested before any work has commenced on the project. This must be requested in writing within 7 days of payment.
4.2 Partial Refund
If work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work completed at the time of cancellation. The refund calculation considers:
- Completed milestones vs. total project scope
- Resources and time already invested
- Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client
4.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable once delivered:
- Completed design deliverables that have been approved by the client
- Domain registration or hosting fees paid to third parties
- Third-party software licenses purchased for the project
4.4 Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your project details and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval, returned via the original payment method.
4.5 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedies. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bilbao, Spain.
